artists statement:

I have been drawing for 15 years and painting for 5. I like using oils because of their luminosity and brilliance of color. I am currently developing a symbolic language using abstract imagery. My sources of inspiration verge towards understanding the human condition and originate from a past nursing career, suburban domestic life and ongoing studies.

The figurative paintings appear like angels, which are divine souls, completely pure. The angels move in a cosmic space full of star dust and golden gravel meteorites, that are always in an atmosphere of melancholy happiness.
